Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Influu USA collects, uses, shares and protects personal information in connection with this website (influutalent.com) and our services.
1. Who we are
Influu USA (“influu”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a TikTok Shop agency that works with brands and creators.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle personal information, please contact our Data Protection Officer: Ruizhi Ding (Darren), darren@influu.me.
2. Information we collect
Website visitors
- Contact form. When you submit the contact form on our homepage, we collect the information you enter: your brand or company name, your contact details (such as an email address, WhatsApp or Telegram handle, or phone number), and, if you choose to provide them, your budget, the programs you are interested in and your message.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site to you. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
Creators
We collect public TikTok profile information (such as username, nickname, follower counts and performance metrics), contact details that creators share with us, and messages exchanged with creators about collaborations.
Brand clients
We collect business contact details of the people we work with at our brand clients. For brands that authorize our TikTok Shop app, we access shop, product, affiliate collaboration, finance and analytics data through the TikTok Shop API.
We do not collect personal data of TikTok Shop buyers.
3. Cookies
The only cookies this website sets are those used by Google Analytics 4 (named _ga and _ga_*), which distinguish visitors and sessions for the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide our services to brand clients;
- find and contact creators for collaborations on a brand's behalf;
- manage collaborations and report results to the brand; and
- respond to inquiries, including messages sent through our contact form.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only:
- with the brand that a collaboration is for;
- with service providers that process data on our behalf, such as DigitalOcean (server hosting, United States), Anthropic (AI processing, United States), Lark (internal collaboration, Singapore), Google Workspace (email), Netlify (website hosting) and Google Analytics (website analytics); and
- when required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
Our website links to other sites, such as Calendly for booking a call and TikTok for viewing videos. Information you provide on those sites is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Where data is stored
Personal information is stored primarily in the United States. Internal collaboration data kept in Lark is stored in Singapore.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. TikTok Shop data accessed on behalf of a brand is deleted within 30 days after our contract with that brand ends or the brand revokes our authorization.
8. Security
We protect personal information with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, and access limited to authorized personnel who need it.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing darren@influu.me. We respond to requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
